The Work Included the transformation of an area into offices, meeting rooms and a conference room. The Scope involved the demolition of all partitions and associated Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Systems. Modifications and repairs to existing chiller lines. Providing new facilities layouts, structural modifications for folding partitions overhead supports, floor leveling, and finishes; Retrofit of doors with sensors, door position switches, audible alarms and connection to the existing Door Access Security System.

Also, the project included a major overhaul and replacement of the Mechanical, and Electrical Systems. Installed New Controls which connect to the existing Building Management System.

The project required zero down time; extensive staging to achieve isolation of each area and its services, rigorous security and safety enforcement without disruption of activities in the rest of the building.
