The Work Included architectural and structural modifications to facilitate the demolition and installation of new HVAC Mechanical Systems.  The building and its printing capabilities had to remain operational throughout all construction operations.  Even with major equipment demolition, the facility was maintained within operational temperature and humidity parameters with zero down time.

 

Work components included demolition, asbestos abatement, architectural components, structural modifications, and roofing repairs.  Major mechanical equipment installations included 70 Ton Chiller, a pair of non-condensing gas-fired boilers, an Energy Recovery Ventilator,  two single zone air handleing units, two steam humidifiers, and all associated piping with supporting components.  Major electrical equipment included a 1000-Amp service entrance rated distribution panel, sub-panels, new lighting, and supporting circuits for all new mechaical equipment.
