The Scope of  Work for this Project consisted of Renovations to include Architectural, Temporary Shoring, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Interior Finishes. There was also a New Addition, that work included the enclosure of an existing patio area for fitness room use and a new entry vestibule. FF&E package were also included in the project scope.
