The Work consists of Demolition and Renovation of existing park to include Demolition of existing athletic complex buildings and ball fields. Reconstruction of One Multi Purpose Athletic Field with Synthetic Turf and Drainage System, Six Baseball Fields with Lighting, irrigation, fencing, dugouts, scorer’s stands, and batting cages. Two Concession buildings, PreEngineered Press Box, and a Maintenance Building. All exterior improvements including Retaining walls, 2 miles of concrete walks, 515 parking spaces and site lighting. Landscaping and irrigation as well as New water lines, Sewer and storm drainage system including Two large underground detentions ponds and Two surface detention facilites.
